The scheduled consultations are conducted by video call, with the access link sent by email.
We do not have direct agreements with insurers, but an invoice-receipt of the consultation will be issued that can be used for reimbursement purposes (please confirm conditions with the insurance provider).
There is a tolerance time of 15 minutes for delays.
Delays beyond that will be considered as consultations carried out and will not be eligible for reimbursement.
