Service Description

When moving to a new country there are many factors that influence your decision. Understanding the healthcare system and how you can use the resources available is an important factor that contributes to a better relocation process. I help you navigate the Portuguese healthcare system by providing reliable information and help to create personalized care plans. The scheduled consultations have an estimated duration of 1 hour and are conducted by video call, with the access link sent by email. We do not have direct agreements with insurers, but an invoice-receipt of the consultation will be issued that can be used for reimbursement purposes (please confirm conditions with the insurance provider). There is a tolerance time of 15 minutes for delays. Delays beyond that will be considered as consultations carried out and will not be eligible for reimbursement.
